St Kitts Marriott Beach Resort, Casino & Spa, Frigate Bay

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, offering a spacious 2-bedroom suite with great amenities. However, the interior decor still feels a bit dated with old tiles and vanities. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members ready to assist. The location, while good, fell slightly short of expectations for a Marriott Resort. The dining options were satisfactory, though some found them to be somewhat expensive and not as fulfilling. The facilities provided added convenience to our stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but there was zero light in the gym, which my daughter and I found amazing until we were rudely kicked out because she was under 16. The location was excellent, within walking distance of 'The Strip' and Frigate Bay beach, but some areas needed maintenance. The service was generally faultless, except for indifferent staff in one of the gift shops. Dining options were expensive, and the disappointment came from poorly replenished food. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.

The hotel had amazing ocean view rooms that were large, comfortable, and had great views and breezes. However, there was zero light in the gym, and my daughter and I were rudely asked to leave just because she was not 16, even though she was well-behaved, and I was supervising her workout.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were perfect, extremely clean, and modern, overlooking the pool and the Atlantic. However, the gym experience was a bit marred by the zero light and being asked to leave because my daughter was under 16, despite behaving well and being supervised. The service was wonderful, with helpful recommendations and lovely staff. The location was stunning, a beautiful place to relax, chat, and get top-level service. The dining experience, although superb, took longer due to understaffing/tech issues and had some minor replenishment issues. Overall, a very happy experience with a few hiccups.
